Home Training in Lahore
A Personal Trainer Who Comes to Your Home in Lahore
No gym membership, no commute through Lahore traffic and no waiting for a bench. Shoaib Raza, a national-level bodybuilding champion, trains you in your own house with the equipment you already own — and if that is nothing at all, the programme starts from bodyweight. Anywhere in Lahore.
How it works
- 1
Message on WhatsApp
Say where in Lahore you are, what you want to achieve and what days work. You will get a reply from the trainer, not a receptionist.
- 2
A first visit and assessment
The trainer comes to your home, looks at the space and equipment, and goes through your history, injuries and food. The programme is written from that, not from a template.
- 3
Sessions at your house
Training happens in your living room, garage, roof or garden — wherever there is space. Most clients train two to four times a week at fixed times.
- 4
Diet plan and check-ins between sessions
A diet plan around the food your kitchen already makes, and WhatsApp for questions during the week. Progress is measured, not guessed.
What you get
- One-to-one sessions at your own home, anywhere in Lahore

Why train at home rather than a gym
For a lot of people in Lahore the gym is the reason they do not train. The drive, the crowd, the waiting, the feeling of being watched — each one is a small excuse, and together they win most days. Training at home removes all of them. The trainer arrives at the agreed time and the session happens.
It is also the most private option available. Many women, older clients and complete beginners prefer not to train in a mixed commercial gym, and a session at home with a professional trainer is a better environment to learn in than a busy floor.
You do not need equipment
A surprising amount can be done with bodyweight, a chair and a wall for the first several months, and a resistance band or a pair of adjustable dumbbells extends that considerably. If you decide to build a proper home gym later, GymFinity supplies and sets up benches, racks and dumbbells — and because the trainer already works in your space, the advice on what to buy is based on what your programme actually needs.
Areas covered
The trainer travels across Lahore. DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Bahria Town, Cantt, Askari, Wapda Town, Valencia and the surrounding areas are all regular visits. If you are somewhere not listed, message and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Who trains you
Shoaib Raza is a national-level bodybuilding champion who has spent his career coaching people from complete beginner upwards. He conducts every session himself. There are no assistants and no substitutions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a gym in Lahore I can visit?
No. GymFinity has no gym premises. The trainer travels to the client's own home anywhere in Lahore and runs the session there. That is the whole model — no membership, no commute.
Which areas of Lahore do you cover?
All of Lahore. DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Bahria Town, Cantt, Askari, Wapda Town and Valencia are regular visits, and other areas are usually fine too. Message on WhatsApp with your area to confirm.
Do I need any equipment at home?
No. The first programme is written around bodyweight and whatever is already in the house. A resistance band or a pair of dumbbells makes the programme more flexible, and if you want a home gym later, GymFinity supplies and sets up equipment.
Is home personal training suitable for women?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons clients choose it. Training in your own home is private, there is no mixed gym floor, and a family member can be present if preferred. Programmes are written for the individual, from complete beginner upwards. One thing to know: our trainer, Shoaib, is male and we do not have a female coach at the moment. If that matters to you, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you as soon as one joins.
How much does a home personal trainer in Lahore cost?
Pricing depends on how many sessions a week you want and is quoted on WhatsApp after a short conversation about your goals and location. There are no membership fees because there is no gym.
How often should I train?
Most clients train two to four times a week at fixed times, with a diet plan and WhatsApp support between sessions. Beginners usually start at two or three sessions and build from there.
